• uploading infringing content or violating third-party rights;
• impersonating another user, clan, sponsor, company, moderator, or public figure;
• scams, phishing, fraud, payment abuse, chargeback abuse, or credential theft;
• malware, viruses, bots, scraping, unauthorized automation, or attacks;
• spam, excessive self-promotion, misleading links, or deceptive advertising;
• sexual content involving minors or exploitative content;
• evading bans, creating duplicate accounts, or helping others bypass enforcement; and
• interfering with CodClans operations, security, servers, code, or databases.

CodClans may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, disqualify users, or terminate access for violations.
