REFUND, CANCELLATION, AND APPAREL EXCHANGE POLICY

7.1 General Rule

All sales are final unless required by law or approved by CodClans after review.

7.2 Subscriptions

Subscriptions may renew automatically. Users are responsible for canceling before renewal. Subscription fees are generally non-refundable after renewal or activation.

7.3 Digital Purchases

Digital purchases, account upgrades, memberships, profile features, clan features, credits, and services are generally non-refundable once purchased, activated, delivered, accessed, or used.

7.4 Apparel Exchanges

Apparel may be eligible for size exchange if the sizing is incorrect, subject to review. Items must be returned in acceptable condition, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, and with applicable tags or packaging when required.

Shipping costs, exchange windows, and inventory limitations may apply. If the requested size is unavailable, CodClans may offer store credit, alternative size, alternative item, or other resolution at its discretion.

7.5 Specialized Review

CodClans may approve exceptions in limited cases after specialized review. Approval of one exception does not create a future right to refunds or exchanges.

7.6 Chargebacks

Users should contact support before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in account restrictions or termination.
